China Fine Oolong Fu Liang Farm ~

China Fine Oolong Fu Liang Farm ORGANIC is a specialty oolong tea, also known as ??lue tea??or ??ulong tea?? The tea primarily comes from plantations in the Fujian region of China and Taiwan. Founded in 1980 by Mrs. Fu in Taiwan, the farm uses traditional oolong production methods, including careful selection of tea leaves, treading, fermentation, and ageing in glass jars. The tea has evenly rolled leaves showing slight signs of fermentation, resulting in a pale yellow cup with a light floral touch. It is recommended to brew the tea with hot water (80?C), using 12 to 15 grams of loose tea per liter of water, and infusing for 1 to 3 minutes.
