TEA PREPARATION
• 2-3 tsp blend in tea bag
• 6-8oz hot water (not boiling)
• Steep for 5-10 minutes
• Optional: Add milk, honey, lemon, agave, or any other sweetener of your choice to taste

Please note: This is a pre-ground blend, meaning finer particles than traditional full-leaf herbal tea. Because of this, we recommend using only tea bags to steep our pre-ground herbs and blends.
