Our blue mallow is harvested by the farmer-gatherers of the cooperative with whom we work for our dried flowers in the northeast of the country near the city of Mashad. In April, the picking takes place, followed by sorting and sun-drying. In terms of taste, mallow remains quite flat; it is mainly used for its benefits and color.

Blue mallow is considered one of the most important export products of Iranian medicinal herbs.

It is one of the three types of dried flowers in the world that are naturally blue and change color when in contact with another natural food. When infused, a beautiful blue color emerges, and with the addition of a few drops of lemon juice, it radically changes color to a magnificent pink.
