Our barberries have this ruby color that characterizes them so well, with their smooth and tangy taste that is so appreciated. They are cultivated in the western mountains of the country, and our producer takes special care of this berry/spice. He cultivates only this fruit, which allows him to achieve a rare quality. Our barberries are certified organic. Storage tip: place your barberries at the bottom of your fridge/freezer to prevent them from darkening.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. They may darken over time if not stored in a cool place, but this does not affect their taste qualities.
